Terms and conditions

1. The registration of a player is binding by paying the participation fee. Players will be informed of their participation by e-mail.

2. Players are not eligible to participate until full payment has been received.
The tournament organisers reserve the right to disqualify a player if payment is incomplete or missing.Costs already incurred will not be refunded.

3. Cancellation details:

a) Cancellation of a player up to 30 days before 03.10.2025: full refund of the participation fees

b) Cancellation by a player up to 15 days before 03.10.2025 50% refund of tournament fee

4. Remittance / Transaction fees (e.g. from foreign countries) are chargeable to the participant.

5. This tournament is a public event – press attendance is to be expected aswell we do recordings and photos to share in social media.

6. Event schedule is subject to changes and additions.

7. In case of cancellation of the event – or parts of it – due to force majeure or reasons the organizers have no control over (e.g. loss of the venue at short notice), the participant has no right to claim a refund of the participation fee or a reimbursement for other damages, such as travel expenses or accommodation costs.

8. The privacy policy of Startschuss Queer Sport Hamburg e.V. is applicable.
