Startschuss thrives on the support of dedicated individuals – whether as a member, volunteer, supporting member, donor, or through a bequest. Every bit of help counts toward keeping queer sports alive in Hamburg.
Here you’ll find various ways you can support us in concrete and simple ways.
1. Volunteer with Us
Without volunteers, our tournaments, events, and competitions wouldn’t be possible. We regularly need help with:
- Organizing and running sports events
- Staffing info booths and public appearances
- Supporting club administration and communications
- As a coach or trainer

2. Become a Supporting Member
As a supporting member, you help Startschuss with a regular contribution—without having to play sports yourself. Your contribution helps us secure and expand sports opportunities for queer people in Hamburg.
Contribution: From €5 per month
Benefits: Regular updates on the club’s work, invitations to exclusive events
3. Donate!
Every donation counts! As a non-profit, we can issue donation receipts for tax purposes.
